- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any): The number of shares offered to each existing shareholder according to the execution rate will be rounded down to the whole number. All fractional shares arising from rounding down to the whole number, and shares not subscribed for or paid for by investors in this offering (if any), will be distributed by the Board of Directors to other parties (including shareholders of the company who wish to increase their shareholding) as authorized by the General Meeting, in accordance with prevailing laws with the offering conditions, the rights and obligations of investors not more favorable than those offered to existing shareholders (including an offering price not lower than VND 10,000/share) as stipulated in Article 42 of Government Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 579 shares. Accordingly, shareholder A will be entitled to purchase an additional number of shares equivalent to: (579:2)x1 = 289.5 shares, rounded down to 289 shares.
If, after the legally stipulated share distribution period (including any extensions), the shares have not been fully distributed, the remaining undistributed shares will be canceled, and the Board of Directors will decide to terminate the offering.
- Regulations on rights transfer:

+ Time period for right transfer: from 19/01/2026 to 02/02/2026.
+ Rights are transferred once only. Shareholders is entitled to transfer their rights (but only once – the transferee is not allowed to transfer to a third party) to another person at a price agreed upon between the transferor and the transferee. The transferor and the transferee shall mutually agree on the transfer price and payment of the transfer fee. Regarding the transfer of rights, to ensure compliance with regulations on foreign ownership ratios in the Company, shareholders holding the rights in the offering may only transfer their rights to domestic investors.
